Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MaxContenido, a content generation and publishing tool operated by DeyviDev.

1. The service

MaxContenido helps you generate marketing images and short vertical videos from your own brand assets, and lets you review and publish them to social media accounts that you connect and control, including TikTok. You remain the author and publisher of everything you post; MaxContenido is a tool you direct.

2. Connecting a TikTok account

To publish to TikTok, you authorize MaxContenido through TikTok's own OAuth login flow. By connecting your account you also agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and, where applicable, TikTok's Branded Content policies, for any content you choose to publish. You can disconnect at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.

3. How publishing works

• Every publish to TikTok is a manual, interactive action you take: you pick the account, review the video, caption and privacy level, and confirm with an explicit "Publish" click.
• MaxContenido does not post to TikTok automatically, in the background, or on a schedule.
• Until this application has completed TikTok's content audit, all posts are published with TikTok's SELF_ONLY visibility, regardless of any option shown in the interface, in compliance with TikTok's developer policies for unaudited API clients.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content you choose to generate and publish, and must have the rights to any brand assets, images, footage, and audio used to create it.
• You must comply with TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines for anything you publish to TikTok through this app.
• You must not use MaxContenido to publish content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates TikTok's policies.

5. No warranty

MaxContenido is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated content will always be free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing every piece of content before you publish it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DeyviDev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MaxContenido, including consequences of content you chose to publish.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of MaxContenido after a change means you accept the updated terms.
