Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data MaxContenido collects when you connect a TikTok account, why, and how you can have it deleted.

1. Data we collect from TikTok

When you connect your TikTok account to MaxContenido, we use TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. We only request the following:

• Basic profile information (scope user.info.basic): your TikTok open ID, display name/nickname, and avatar image. This is used only to show you, inside MaxContenido, which TikTok account is currently connected and about to publish — it is never shown to anyone else.
• Publishing permission (scope video.publish): permission to post a video directly to your own TikTok profile, only when you explicitly click "Publish" on a specific piece of content you have reviewed.

MaxContenido does not request or read your TikTok videos, followers, likes, comments, direct messages, or any other private data. We do not use the Content Posting API to read anything from your account — only to post content you have authored and approved.

2. How we store this data

Your TikTok access token and refresh token are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) on our server and are never shared with third parties. They are used solely to make the API calls described above, on your behalf, when you initiate a publish action. Your basic profile information (name, avatar) is cached only long enough to render the publishing screen and is refreshed from TikTok on each use rather than stored long-term.

3. How to delete your data

You can remove your TikTok data from MaxContenido at any time, in any of the following ways:

• Disconnect inside MaxContenido: open the account settings for your company/brand and remove the connected TikTok account. This immediately and permanently deletes the stored access token and refresh token from our servers.
• Revoke from TikTok directly: open the TikTok app, go to Settings and privacy → Security → Manage apps and devices, find MaxContenido, and remove it. This immediately invalidates our access to your account.
• Email us: write to deyvifcruz@gmail.com and we will delete any data we hold about your TikTok account within 30 days, and confirm by email once it's done.

4. What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your TikTok data for advertising or profiling.
• We do not share your TikTok data with any third party, except TikTok itself (to perform the actions described above) and infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run our servers (e.g. cloud hosting), who do not have independent access to use it.

5. Other data

If you fill out a form on this site or email us, we use the information you provide only to respond to you. We do not run advertising trackers or sell visitor data on this website.

6. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of MaxContenido after a change means you accept the updated policy.
